About this Melt on Atlantic Boulevard
We opened in Atlantic Square in 2026, right on the Monterey Park retail corridor and across the street from East Los Angeles College. The San Gabriel Valley knows Atlantic Blvd for its food, and we’re excited to bring The Meltʻs comfort food made with real ingredients to the mix. ELAC students grab a MeltBurger between classes, weekend shoppers stop in mid-errand, and our tomato soup and mac and cheese travel well for a family meal at home. Everything is made with real ingredients and no artificial stuff at all.

We’re inside Atlantic Square (2000–2276 S Atlantic Blvd), the community shopping center that also houses CVS, Ralphs, Rite Aid and Daiso, directly across Atlantic Blvd from East Los Angeles College. Atlantic Times Square, a separate mixed-use complex, is a short 5-10 minute drive away.
