Q. What kind of beef are you using?

A. We serve an all-natural custom Wagyu and Angus beef blend, which makes for a perfectly juicy and flavorful burger.

Q. Do you have any vegetarian options?

A. We do. We offer a variety of classic grilled cheese melts that are great options for vegetarians. Or, you can hold the beef or chicken when ordering to get all the goodness sans meat.

Q. Do you have a low carb option?

A. If you are looking for a low-carb option, feel free to order any melt in a fresh lettuce wrap.

Q. Will your buns be available gluten-free?

A. Yep. And at no extra charge to boot.*

*Please note our foods are not prepared in a gluten free environment.

Q. How do I opt out of receiving text messages?

A. To stop receiving text messages, log into your Melt account, go to Account, My Settings and under THE EXTRAS section, uncheck "OK TO TEXT ME".

Q. What is the order board?

A. After you place your Melt order or scan your online order QR code, the status of your order will appear on the monitor ("order board") in the store. Look for your initials on the order status board. When your order is ready, your order will jump to the top of the list and flash "Order Up!". The Crew will also call out your initials. Enjoy!


Q. I received a pop-up on The Melt App that asks if I'd like my pending order to start cooking. What is this?

A. Our new feature on The Melt App gives you the option to send your order to our kitchen without being inside the store. You can check the status of your order on your smart phone for the optimal pick up experience.

Q. How do I place an online order and pick up the order at your store?

A. Go to and create a Melt account. Go to the menu page and add items to your order. After you submit your order you will receive an email confirming your order. The email will include a QR code that is unique to your order. Simply go to any of our melt stores, skip the line, and scan the QR code on the scanner next to the pick-up area. We will start making your order so your melt will be warm, crispy, and ready for you to enjoy in just a couple of minutes!

Q. When is my credit card charged for my online order?

A. We won't charge your credit card until you scan your QR code at one of our locations.

Q. How do I get a copy of a receipt for an online order?

A. You will automatically receive two emails regarding your online order:

- Order confirmation: Immediately after you place your order.
- Receipt: Immediately after you scan your online order QR code at any of our locations.

You may also request for a receipt to be emailed for a particular online order by logging in to your Melt account, click "Account" and select the particular order from your Order History.


Q. Do you sell gift cards?

A. Yes. Our Melt Card serve two purposes: gift card and loyalty card.

Q. Where can I buy a gift card?

A. You can purchase a Melt Card at any The Melt store. If you want to buy more than 10 cards, contact us. We'd be happy to help.

Q. Where can I redeem my Melt Card?

A. Melt Cards can be used for making purchases at any The Melt store or online at Add your Melt Card to your online account using The Melt app and make purchases digitally!


Q. What is a Melt Card and how does it work?

A. The Melt Card is a loyalty card and a reloadable payment method in one. Add it to your online account and earn Melt Perks when ordering. You can also reload funds on your card and never have to carry your wallet with you when ordering.

Q. I already have an online Melt account. How do I get a Melt Card?

A. If you already have an online Melt account, you automatically have a digital Melt Card. Go to for more info.

Q. How do I find The Melt app?

A. iPhone users, find us on the . Android users, visit to use our mobile website.

Q. I received a Melt Card in one of your stores. What do I do with it now?

A. Create an online Melt account and add the card to your account so that you get Perks credit for your online and in-store purchases. You can also carry it around with you the old fashioned way and scan it in-store with each purchase.

Q. I received a Melt Card as a gift. How can I find out how much money is left on my card?

A. You can check your balance online or visit any Melt location and ask one of our Melt crew members to check your balance.

Q. How do I add $ value to my Melt Card?

A. You can add $ value to your Melt Card at any Melt location, by going to or the Melt app and selecting "Add Value".

Q. How do I check the balance on my Melt Card?

A. You can go to or on the Melt app, enter the 14-digit Melt Card number and select "Check a Melt Card Balance."

Q. When does the balance on my Melt Card expire?

A. Don't you worry, there's no expiration date.

Q. Can I manage my Melt Card account on my phone?

A. You can perform common functions on your device within the Melt app or by going to in your device's web browser.

Q. What if I lose my Melt Card?

A. Treat your Melt Card with TLC, it's like cash on a gift card. If you have added the Melt Card to your online account, to help you secure your funds. If you have not yet added the card to your online account, it's like losing cash and cannot be retrieved. Another reason to go digital and add the Melt Card to your online account.

Q. So, if it's "like cash", can I redeem it for cash?

A. Sorry, redeemable only for all The Melt goodness your heart desires.


Q. Is there a fee to get a Melt Card and join the Melt Perks program?

A. No. There is no membership fee associated with the Melt Card or the Melt Perks loyalty program.

Q. How do I join The Melt Perks program and how does it work?

A. All you need to join the Melt Perks program is a Melt Card! Create an online Melt account and you'll automatically receive a digital Melt Card. Or pick up a Melt Card at any Melt location. Scan the Melt Card QR code when ordering in-store or order online to start earning and redeeming rewards.

Q. Can I get credit towards Melt Perks if I pay with cash or a credit or debit card instead of my Melt Card?

A. Yes! Just be sure to scan your Melt Card when ordering in store.

Q. How will I know that I have earned a reward?

A. We'll send you an email letting you know when your reward is loaded on your Melt Card and ready to redeem. You can also check your rewards status online at, or on The Melt mobile app.

Q. Will the Crew tell me if I have a free reward waiting on my Melt Card?

A. No, the Crew will not notify you if you have a reward waiting, so be sure to watch for email notification and check your Perks status online at, or on The Melt mobile app.

Q. Is there a limit to how many rewards I can have at any given time?

A. Rewards stay on your account until you use them or they expire. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can have in your account at any one time.

Q. How do I redeem my free birthday treat and other rewards?

A. When you've earned a reward, we'll send you an email. To redeem your reward, scan your QR code on your Melt Card or on The Melt mobile app for your smartphone. Or, just place an online order and we'll do the rest.

Q. How do I maintain Perks+ status?

A. Once you qualify as Perks+, you will be Perks+ for three months following the date you qualified. Each time you buy at least 1 melt in 5 separate orders in a 30 day period, you requalify! We'll send you an email if we notice your Perks+ status is about to slip away.

Q. Can I use The Melt app to redeem my reward?

A. Definitely! The Melt app works like your plastic Melt Card. Just scan the Melt Card QR code on your mobile device. If you have a free reward loaded on your account, it will automatically be applied to your order.

Q. Can I track my progress towards a Perks free melt and Perks+ status?

A. Yes, you can track your progress at and via the Melt app. Once you log into your account you will be able to see how many "punches" you've earned towards your free melt, and how many more melts you need to purchase in what time frame to earn Perks+ status. You will also see all earned rewards on your account. You can also view this same information on the Melt app.

Q. Do I need to have my Melt Card with me to redeem my reward when ordering at a Melt location?

A. Yes. When ordering in-store, you must scan your Melt Card QR code to redeem any earned rewards.

Q. I forgot to present my Melt Card when I ordered today. How can I get Melt Perks Rewards credit for the order?

A. If you've got your receipt, we’ll make sure you get Perks Rewards credit for your order. Click here and enter the code printed at the bottom of your receipt. No code on your receipt? We've already given you credit for your order.


Q. What are your catering offerings?

A. Delivering happiness certainly includes burger melts, chicken melts, fries, and mac 'n' cheese (as well as grilled cheese melts and salads).

Q. Do you offer free delivery?

A. Yes, delivery is FREE. To ensure a smooth and speedy delivery, just provide the complete address for your event including suite and/or floor numbers, preferred delivery time, and the designated contact information for your event when placing your order.
